The October Photo Review theme is Low Light.
The judge will be Jeff Gulle. Jeff is a nationally acclaimed award-winning photographer. He has been fortunate enough to be a photographer and educator for his entire career. He has worked as a commercial photographer, photojournalist, forensic photographer and photographer for the state of Georgia. He currently specializes in portraiture and landscape photography. He has a Diploma and Associate’s degree in Photography and a Bachelor’s degree in Art/Photography. He is a Master of Photography, Photographic Craftsman and Certified Professional Photographer from the Professional Photographers of America. He has earned the Fellowship Degree and the Service Degree from the Georgia Professional Photographers Association.
Jeff has won Photographer of the Year three times and is the current years reigning winner. He has five American Society of Photography Awards (Who’s Who in Photography), five Lexjet Sunset Awards, four Kodak Gallery Awards, three Certified Professional Photography Awards and a Fuji Masterpiece Award. Jeff has earned over a hundred photographic awards in his career.
Jeff loves to teach and inspire others to follow their passion. Jeff lives in the north Georgia mountains with his wife and two kids which is an inspiring place for a photographer to reside.

* All Digital images are due by 4 PM on Sunday, 10/1/2017.
* All Print images are also due by 4 PM on Sunday, 10/1/2017. Please note the change with submission time of print images. They are now due digitally the Sunday before the review and your printed image should be checked in by 7PM on Tuesday, 10/3/2017 (the evening of the review).
