Members of the Roswell Photographic Society are encouraged to display their images at the Roswell City Hall as part of theannual When In Roswell Exhibit.
The Mayor of Roswell will choose his favorite photo and will present the MAYOR’S CHOICE AWARD.

You must be an RPS member to submit an entry. JOIN/RENEW MEMBERSHIP
Entry fee is $10.00
You may submit up to four (4) images!
- Images must be original work.
- No restrictions on the age or date of the photographs.
- Images must have been taken in Roswell, Georgia and can include buildings, people, events, etc. Photos taken on RPS Roswell field trips are all eligible.
- Framed size must be at least 16×20” in size. There is a lot of wall space at City Hall.
- Any type of frame and matting is acceptable.
- Images may be printed on paper, wood, metal glass etc.
- Images will be reviewed by the City for appropriateness before hanging in our exhibit. Participants will be notified of approvals by October 18.
- Images must have a hanging wire securely attached to the frame, not the backing. Hooks, clips, Velcro, or other hanging mechanisms are not allowed.
- All works must have the Artist’s Name, Contact Information (phone number), Title of the Piece and Selling Price (or “Not For Sale”) securely attached to the back of the image. If possible and relevant, include your business card with the price in the lower right hand corner, on the front of the photo.

Rights: Unless the photograph is sold, the artists retain all rights to their works.
