Photographer, physician, author, inventor. A unique talent among professional photographers, Mark’s photographic experience spans over 40 years. In 2004 Mark became a contributing photographer for Nikon.

His work has won awards internationally with placements as diverse as commercial ads, product packaging, magazine covers, textbooks, action sports publications, and corporate installations. He has been featured multiple times in Nikon World magazine and the Nikon World calendar. An international speaker for clients including Nikon, Hewlett-Packard and X-rite, his presentations touch audiences worldwide.

Whether hanging backwards out of a race car at speed, hovering inches from a surgical field in the operating room, or chest deep in water chasing a windsurfer he finds unique combinations of subject and light. Mark is a Nikon mentor for Pop Photo magazine’s Mentor Series Worldwide Treks, teaches one-on-one in his Atlanta home studio and leads trips for Photozonetours.com and private clients.

All Digital and Print images are due by 4 PM on Sunday, 07/17/2016.  Please note the change with submission time of print images. They are now due digitally the Sunday before the review and your printed image should be checked in by 7PM on Tuesday, 07/19/2016 (the evening of the review).
