Current RPS members may submit one digital image and/or one print image for review.
Guidelines for RPS Photo Reviews
Images must be camera-created photographs and must be the original work of the photographer. All elements of composite images must also be camera-created photographs made by the same photographer; the use of generative AI, stock photos, or any third‑party imagery to add components is not permitted. AI and algorithm-based tools may be used to edit the images, but generative AI tools may be used only to remove distractions or unwanted elements, provided the replaced content is consistent with the original photograph.
Print images should be un-framed but stiff enough to display on an easel. Matting is allowed. Please bring prints to the meeting by 6:30pm to allow the judge time to evaluate the print submissions prior to the meeting.
You must be a current member to participate in the photo review. And you must also be present at the meeting to receive any points toward Photographer of the Year if your picture wins an award. Join / Update your Membership
