This house was the childhood home of Martha Bulloch Roosevelt (“Mittie”), mother of Theodore Roosevelt, so there is abundant Roosevelt history here (opened 1845).

The Archibald Smith Plantation Home is a historic house in Roswell, Georgia, built in 1845. The home was built by one of Roswell’s founders, Archibald Smith, and housed three generations of his family. Wikipedia

Photography is generally not allowed, but because we are RPS members and a Booster Club of the City of Roswell, we are allowed to shoot inside and outside. Tripods are allowed, but no flash indoors are allowed.
