Theme (print and digital): Shadows and Silhouettes
Current 2024 RPS members are allowed to submit one digital image for review and one print image for review (no frames but stiff enough to display on an easel). The image may not be older than 24 months at the time of the review. You must be a member to submit images.
Time: Doors Open at 6:00 PM; Social Time 6:00-6:45; Announcement 6:45-7:00; Review 7:00PM

Deadline to Submit: Sunday March 3, 2024 – 11:59 PM (February 29th preferred).
About our judge: Katheryn Kolb
Kathryn Kolb was raised in the rural environs of Charlottesville, Virginia. In 1983 she received a BA in History from Emory University in Atlanta, concentrating on ancient world history. First working as a free-lance photojournalist, Kolb later shifted her focus to fine art images of natural forms and landscapes. Her work is known for strong graphic elements, abstract constructions and unusual focus. In both film and digital image capture, all images are designed in the viewfinder without significant post processing.
Editorial clients and publications include: Smithsonian magazine, The Wilderness Society, Nature Conservancy magazine, Veranda magazine, Southern Environmental Law Center, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Village Voice, Rolling Stone, Orion magazine.
